Malaysia #2

Presently the group and I are in the Singapore airport.
We have been here since around 1am last evening and decided to just chill here for the day - especially given the fact that it is like a complete torrential downpour.
If you ever get the chance, really, this airport is a great place. Very clean, pretty, free internet kiosks everywhere, fun stuff to do, and great food.
At least thats what we all thought 5 hours ago.

I am going to be talking to the group tomorrow morning about 'being fully present' here. Not anxious abotu what is going to happen tomorrow, or tonight, or next week, or in a couple months...not anxious about some other issue far far away - or some problem or development in life...but to stop and breathe in the experience. I think this is something I have a great deal of room to grow in but it is also an area I have been paying attention to lately. It has enriched my life.

However, it is being tested in me right now. I'm ready to be gone from the this place and onto the challenge that we came here for. It seems like this delay has been perhaps good - but long enough.

More later...but for all of us, as Jesus says: "let tomorrow worry about itself; today has enough of its own worries" be present. Breathe in God's life & calling & dates throughout the day. Intenionally look for him in all the small details of life.
